Frame
Our corner blocked, double doweled, hand assembled frames are made of selected hardwoods and guaranteed against warp,breakdown or looseness for the LIFE of the frame as upholstered in its original fabric. |

Springs
Spring construction and all support of backs and seats, exclusive of cushions, is guaranteed against beaking or significant slippage for LIFE under normal stress.

Seat Cushions
All cushions, of whatever construction, are guaranteed to last for the LIFE of the fabric as originally upholstered.(We caution that some flattening of cushions is normal, but completely warranty the comfort and strength of the cushions for the life of the fabric.) |

Careful attention is given to the selection of all fabrics, and we make every effort to buy from only reputable suppliers. Traditionally, none of our suppliers guarantee their fabrics against wear, fading, or shrinkage. However, we are so confident in our fabric selections that we offer a full ONE YEAR warranty against wear under normal use and with proper care. This warranty does not cover fading and pilling, which sometimes occurs with normal use of some fabrics. We reserve the right to replace only the portion of fabric that is defective.
Replacement fabrics may vary some in dyelot difference from the original fabric. However, we will make every effort to match the original fabric as closely as possible. Care of the fabric is important. We recommend that the seat cushions be turned twice monthly to get maximum wear from both the fabrics and the cushion filling materials. All claims, within warranty, will be submitted to the fabric mill for evaluation. We will warranty only if the mill states that there is an actual fabric defect. |

All warranty action must be pursued through an authorized Temple dealer, preferably the dealer of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to the dealer, starting from their date received, and is in effect only as long as the furniture is upholstered in its original fabric. |

When a problem occurs, we reserve the right to determine if repairs should be made locally, or if the piece should be returned to our factory for correction. |

Temple will absorb the cost of returning the furniture to the factory. The furniture will be returned to the customer FREIGHT COLLECT after repairs are made. |
5. |
Temple reserves the right to have our sales representative make a preliminary inspection at the dealer's store or the customer's home to determine that a problem exists before the return is authorized. |
6. |
The warranty is valid only if the furniture has recieved normal usage and has not been subjected to abuse. |
